Chablis
We are delighted to add to our CHABLIS portfolio the wines of Domaine Jean Collet et Fils. They own some 40 hectares which they farm mainly organically, and the rest is in organic conversion. The Collet family are great friends of Christian and Fabien Moreau.
Romain Collet represents the new generation in charge of the Domaine. We met Romain two years ago at the Organic Wine Fair in Montpellier and seeing such a tiny vintage in 2021, we decided we must take on another Domaine. The Collets are fortunate in owning some of the finest land in Chablis.
